Dr. Dale Carpenter selected as Interim Dean

Dr. Dale Carpenter has been selected to serve as the Interim Dean of the College of Education and Allied Professions.  This appointment will be effective July 1, pending official approval through various university channels.  Dr. Carpenter is currently a professor of special education in the School of Teaching and Learning.

CEAP faculty win university awards

Several CEAP faculty were presented with university-wide awards at the annual WCU Awards Convocation. Phyllis Robertson, associate professor of human services won the Paul A. Reid Distinguished Service award for faculty. Beth Tyson Lofqust, interim provost and former department head in the college, was awarded the Paul A. Two EdD students defending this week
